Hello, Are you referring to DNS delegation and DNS hosting? If so, then all this should be available via your Domain Registrar, where you registered the domain names. Set the delegation to your dns servers.Point the DNS entries to your server and configure qmail to attend the resulting data. I hope I have understood what you need.
