Hi everybody, I'm a qmail n00b and I've been tasked from migrating a very very old qmail install to a new install. The old install was on a CentOS 4.2 machine and my new machine is CentOS 5.9.
I installed qmailtoaster using http://www.qmailtoaster.com/distro/centos/cnt5064/cnt5064-install-script.sh Then I followed the instructions on http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/Migrating_from_qmail_that_using_vpasswd to migrate the mail accounts from vpasswd to MySQL. The good news is everything appears to work, I can connect via IMAP to my new mail server with old account info... the problem is I'm not getting any of the old mail. I have rsynced all the mail account directories under the domain so it appears the mail is there, and the paths in MySQL are pointing to those directories... so I'm not sure what's wrong or where to look. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. --tim
