You need to install in your server, and no need to change in DNS server.

One of our user send email to our clients and he got below message. Please
let me know how to fix this kind of issue.It's shows queue too long. This
queue issue from our server or recipient server.

CNAME lookup failed temporarily. (#4.4.3)
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.
