rpms (src, i386, x86_64) are available in the /testing branch of the
repos. They should be available at all of the mirrors within an hour.
I haven't installed this on a live server yet. Definitely not
recommended for production hosts, which is why it's in /testing/.
Please let us know if you've run installed and run this release at all,
and I'll promote it to the current release if all goes well.
