There appears to be a little confusion about this.

First of all, qmailadmin and vqadmin don't have anything to do with php (nor perl). They are written in C, oddly enough.

So the glibc error isn't very surprising (being C related).

What is a little surprising to me is that you appear to have changed your glibc version. Which version(s) do you have installed of glibc? Was this required for a newer php?

I would try running qtp-newmodel and rebuilding qmailadmin and vqadmin and see if that doesn't fix things up.
