Good questions. Your glibc packages are standard for COS5, so that's not a problem. Chandran, you're going to need to give us some more details. It's hard to guess at what the problem might be, especially since your configuration isn't exactly 'stock'. What exactly is the error you're getting? Is there anything in the httpd error log which corresponds?
