In that case, provided the relay server has a static address, you can add an entry for it in the tcp.smtp file, and specify a SPFBEHAVIOR=1 variable for it. This will override the value in the /var/qmail/control/spfbehavior file for that connection.

See "man qmail-smtpd". You might instead create a "spfrules" file which would allow some specific servers to send. I didn't know about this before just now (when I read the documentation!). Also see http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/Spfrules

Can  you set up the relay server so that it authenticates? That should bypass 
spf checking.

This can't be done (that I'm aware of).

Note, I've been running with spfbehavior "1" for quite some time. I don't expect you'll 
see much difference backing off to "1".

What trouble are you seeing with the one domain?
