What's the SA score? Can you post the SA headers or log messages corresponding to these messages?
Generally speaking, I wouldn't use procmail (or maildrop) for filing at this point in time. QMT will eventually use dovecot's LDA and sieve for server side filtering, which can be customized on a per-user basis via a web browswer.
In the meantime, I think it's best to configure the client mail program to do the filtering.
