Thanks for everyones reply on this. The issue was actually a corrupt
Windows 8.1 install. This issue manifested itself by causing issues with
a few other applications as well.

specs for the pst format (I presume in hopes of getting others to use

I haven't had my hands on O13 yet, so I can't be to sure. I may
