Along the lines of this thread, is there a reason to upgrade to CentOS 6 or 7?  
Are there difficulties in doing so with the CentOS 5 packages?

Eric, I have access and you should have it, too.

The repos on https://github.com/QMailToaster are not the same you have included 
in your source packages; I think, they those are development repos. So It's 
quite a lot of work to merge/test...
