offending MX (sistemas-sg.com.ar)?

i am using DNS from my isp
qmail is alone in Centos 5.x
I dont know how repair, either how recompile...... i made server old
time ago and i dont remember.
I was looked in google but im not shure how fix that..
somone can help me???
