It seems like your qmail machine is not getting the MX entries. When this happens – not getting MX records – it is supposed to look by default for the A record for a domain, bbva.com in this case. It is more weird that a CNAME are not allowed for root domain entry and you are querying it – bbva.com – and you are getting error about a CNAME...
And then too is not this case here as we can publicly get the MX for the bbva.com domain and too in your qmail machine you get these entrie. So... no much more clues. Can you try to add google dns server (8.8.8.8 e 8.8.4.4) as your forward ones and try again?
