It seems like your qmail machine is not getting the MX
entries.
When this happens – not getting MX records – it is
supposed to look
by default for the A record for a domain, bbva.com
<http://bbva.com> <http://bbva.com>
in this case. It is more weird that a CNAME are not
allowed for root
domain entry and you are querying it – bbva.com
<http://bbva.com> <http://bbva.com> –
and you are getting error about a CNAME...
And then too is not this case here as we can publicly
get the MX for
the bbva.com <http://bbva.com> <http://bbva.com> domain
and too in your qmail machine
you get these entrie. So... no much more clues.
Can you try to add google dns server (8.8.8.8 e 8.8.4.4)
as your
forward ones and try again?

This seems to be nothing to do with qmail...
It’s a dns configuration and your MX records are
pointing to google
