Does spamdyke really have anything to do with this? I don't think so!

I'm not sure how to get you off the blacklist other than to petition the  folks at uce protect.

So, your domain is blacklisted?! Is that correct?!

Because it is blacklisted no one will accept mail from your server
nor will they send mail to your server?!

    Is this correct?!

        Hi Folks,

Am facing a UCEPROTECTL3 RBL issue on my domains.

We are hosting two servers with Centos 7 64 bit with the same
        configuration.

We did not send or receive email for Europe/ANZ regions and
the recipient mentioned our ip in UCEPROTECTL3 blacklist.

We are unable to be removed from this blacklist through ISP
and our ISP said "We don't use UCEProtect and we do not engage
        in paid delisting".

How do we fix this issue to receive/send email from the
recipient. All the recipients refer to this blacklist for my
        domain/email inbound & outbound.

Any possible way to resolve this issue without delisting the
        above blacklist.

And most of the servers are not able to reach telnet from our
        server to the recipient server.

My spamdyke.conf below for my two servers.
