Wow, this version is a really great step forward. Finally it seem to can handle some of the qooxdoo related stuff. (It would be even more great if the IDE can handle our own "extend" and "addProperty" methods).
Well, good ideas that are not impossible to implement and are general enough
to help others too, are always welcome there.
The right place is the EAP forum/newsgroup, and than the JIRA.

Even more, if the problem description is very exact with examples(or simple to reproduce testcase), than there are great chances that it will be fixed/implemented very fast.

AFAIK most of the existing features in IntelliJ are the result of
user requests/ideas.

I suppose they will be more than glad to get feedback from people that are 
"heavily" using
some of the features (JS in this case : ), since this is the way how IntelliJ 
is what it is.
