The problem with these two repositories in my opinion is, that also there is no download able version included with qooxdoo.
There are already backend RPC things included with qooxdoo. I think we could also put QxTransformer into this "backend" folder. IMHO it's also not necessary to have two SVN repositories. It is quite a small argument that the commit messages are not separated. With some filters in the mail application that could be easily done - even with only one repository. If you really want to profit from the user base of qooxdoo it is IMHO better to directly bundle it with qooxdoo. I keep thinking that a deep integration into qooxdoo is better than the current way.
