If there is one thing that lacked in current Ajax apps, it's the
capacity to run offline. That's not much of a problem anymore with
what Google just released. They gave us an extension for Firefox
(plugin for IE) that gives you Javascript APIs for:

* caching your app locally
* storing data locally
* multi-threading
