"current" is a bit miss leading, because it means "the last stable version" i.e. 0.6.6. The last beta <http://demo.qooxdoo.org/0.7-beta3/sample/html/example/Table_1.html> doesn't have this problem for me. If I understand you correctly, the rest is working as expected, right?
