Ok, thats a reason ;) but (for me) the usual sorting is always caseInsensitive like windows explorer and other applications... maybe the developer could discuss this.

The only reason I would object to that is that developers are used to the other behavior (case sensitive). But I am not sure what the reasoning is when you have a "it should be this way" vs. "we are used to that way" situation. If the API documentation makes it clear that you can get the other way pretty easy it's better to keep things like they were.
