This part is still in the generated JS file, but it is bogus - the loading 
mechanism does not use it anymore.

The application + framework classes + qooxdoo loader is now compacted into one 
file. So either you manage to add your application files into this JS file or 
you 
try to load your application JS files inside the HTML page. 

Correct me if I'm wrong or if I mixed things up ;)
