The URIs will be corrected in the future. If you build a generic qooxdoo 
application the "parts" section will be used for the "source" version - the 
"build" version ignores this because the "0" part is already loaded then.

I can recommend you to use the new loading behaviour and build your dynamic 
way around it. What stops you from just inserting your script files with 
<SCRIPT> into your index HTML file?
