Since I needed the old theme back, I updated the trunk to include a
"collapsable-panel-classic" theme. Differences can be viewed here:

Thanks again to Mathew to turning my initial contribution into a
state-of-the-art qooxdoo widget. I learned alot looking through his code.
Seems like I need to do some homework in the appearance and remote children
handling area - very powerful and elegant concepts indeed.

Mathew - it there a way to remove the gap and the separator automatically
when switching to the classic theme?
