The js-file of the building version is about 880K. First of all I added now this loading message and a progressbar (animated gif) to the index.html : <p>Karte wird geladen... <img src="resource/mapapp/pbar.gif" alt=""></p> But this is displayed different by browsers. FF shows text and gif during loading progress. IE shows after some seconds only the text. The gif is displayed in the moment loading is completed.
