You still don't get it. Marc used a "double redirection" so e.g. your
second example sould read:

g:\>python
c:\xampp\qooxdoo\qooxdoo-1.0.1-sdk\tool\bin\create-application.py
--name=testapp3 --out=g:\

See the difference?!
