Hi,

I had a similar problem with my own (local) "library". It turned out that I
didn't have all required languages specified in the config.json of the
library. Could that be the case with yoru contrib?

I also did various ./generate source and ./generate translation runs when it
finally worked (I didn't really pay attention, but I almost think I had
forgotten the last ./generate source run after the translation run).
