Yes. The new version is coming along nicely, though it's taking a bit more time than i expected. You can follow github.com/arskom/qxsoap and github.com/arskom/soaplib. There are usage examples inside qxsoap's source distribution. You can also get qxsoap via qooxdoo-contrib.
