I think you misunderstood. I wasn't using a shared cache between two
different projects each using different versions of the framework. Each
project I referenced is using version 1.1 of the framework, and each has
it's own %project_root%/cache directory. I was stating that one of the
differences is that my minimal "test" app was created using Qooxdoo 1.1
create-application.py while the one that's throwing errors was created back
when 1.0.1 was the newest version. This small difference doesn't seem to
have anything to do with my problem, though.
