I was following one theory where a job like 'translation' or 'lint' would calculate incomplete dependency information which would be used via cache in subsequent 'source' or 'build' runs.
The relevant code has been significantly re-written since 1.0.1 (the version you reported using at the time the issue was current). If you use anything newer now (1.0.2, 1.1, trunk), chances are the issue is gone. Could that be right? T.
