I made no changes (that I remember) and am using it with 1.3. I have been using it since 0.8 and I don't remember updating it's base classes, but I also don't recall any code completes in the editor that were wrong so it is using the right qooxdoo library. I wish I could tell you what I did, if anything, to make it work. I honestly think I just updated the qooxdoo library with the latest code and it works fine.
