To come back to the original topic of this thread, I want to post a question that I posted on http://news.qooxdoo.org/new-catalog-website, but which was never moderated (probably lost in the run-up to shipping version 4.0):
I think the contrib catalog website should, by default, filter the list of contribs by qooxdoo version, with the last stable release as default. Otherwise, there will be a lot of disappointment – you see contribs that look interesting, but on closer inspection it turns out they only run with qooxdoo 1.0, because they have never been updated. The first-time visitor should not see contribs at all, only those that actually work with the version of qooxdoo he or she is going to download. As I have said before, I would really welcome if the demos provided with the contribs that conform to the contrib sketelon structure would be automatically built on your server and published on this website. That would really help to advertise the contribs and motivate developers to contribute.
