I have widget with tooltip, but when the widget is not enabled, tooltip does not appear. I did some search and found 2 old posts about same answer (http://qooxdoo.678.n2.nabble.com/Tooltips-and-disabled-buttons-td5693574.html and http://qooxdoo.678.n2.nabble.com/show-tooltip-on-disabled-widgets-td7584773.html) and even a bug report with attached patch (http://bugzilla.qooxdoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7792, patch is very simple and seems valid).
