thanks for your contribution. However, as posted earlier, we are using Launchpad [2] to collaboratively translate the help as well. Hence, it would not make to much sense to just import the HTML file as the next export from Launchpad would overwrite anyway. What is needed are the translated strings in the Launchpad database. Of course, since you already did all work, the interesting question is how to import this data into Launchpad. The fallback mechanism is to just copy the texts into Launchpad using a text editor. (For which there is still plenty of time, since we planned two weeks between beta and final release.) Otherwise, one could try to use po4a to maybe extract a po-file from the translated HTML.
