This is exactly the page where I noticed that the three dtx pdf files
all require a username and password.  Maybe you don't get this prompt
due to a cached credentials; but that's what I get.

This is why I ask the question.  Are there other specifications being
used that are password-controlled?  Was this unintentional?  If so,
when can this get fixed (i.e. remove password control from all
relevant docs on the AMQP site or simply copy all relevant docs to the
Qpid wiki)?
