So, I don't want to point fingers or cause offence. I am a little
less of a diplomat than Rob, so I'll mention that all the things on
Rob's list have happened :-)

Didn't mean to put you on the spot, Marnie! I just felt that concrete
concerns are easier to resolve than more abstract ones. Robert and Carl
responded on the specifics before I could get my email out and I pretty
much agree with everything they said so won't duplicate.
Thanks for raising the issues though. I think its very important that we
air our concerns and views.
