There is still a reference in cpp/qpid.spec.in. This is my bad, in fact
qpidc.spec.in and the RPM packaging targets in the makefile should not be in
qpid svn at all. At the time I put it there I knew next to nothing about open
source or RPM packaging so I plead mitigating ignorance.
This has been a minor task at the bottom of my list for a long time, I'll raise
the priority to get this moved out.
