Some things to discuss:

- Adding Senaka's READMEs
- Adding tutorial
- Workflow aspects of Forrest - who has access? how do we create/change/version materials? - Overall organization (Jonathan and Danushka will probably present a proposal)

2. Programming Tutorial

Red Hat donation: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-1083

Current Red Hat version:
PDF
http://www.redhat.com/docs/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_MRG/1.0/pdf/Messaging_Tutorial/Messaging_Tutorial.pdf
HTML
http://www.redhat.com/docs/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_MRG/1.0/html/Messaging_Tutorial/

Some things to discuss:

- New version will be donated this coming week (significantly improved Java section)
- Someone needs to make generic, removing Red Hat references
- Integration into Forrest site

3. READMEs

Senaka: Please point us to the most recent version of these.

Some things to discuss:

- Best physical format for READMEs
- Overlap between tutoral "How to run the examples" and READMEs
- Interaction with Forrest site

4. Java broker documentation

Senaka - please update on status, point us to the most relevant emails / documents.

Some things to discuss

- How best to publish
- Interaction with Forrest site

5. Examples

6. C++ broker documentation

Some things to discuss:

- Much of the Red Hat documentation does not apply to Apache Qpid
- Only a few pages
- Perhaps simpler to write than to donate?

7. Steve Huston windows port

Heads up - Steve Huston has ported the Qpid C++ client and broker to Windows. There may be a need for documentation for these ports if he donates them to Apache.
