the rollback mark kept by AMQSession.java doesn't respect rollover, this (as
much of) a problem for 0-8 as the delivery tags are 64 bit values, however for
0-10 it's actually a 32 bit value and so it will eventually become negative
causing the comparison used in the dispatcher loop to trigger erroneously
