There's already a patch in 3.1b11 to do this. It also happens in

Al Gore didn't mean he invented the Internet. He meant he took the
initiative in creating the legislation which transformed the then
Government-funded network into the current private network. You may
not remember how it was in the old days, when very few people were
connected to the net, and there was a strict Acceptable Use Policy
which prohibited any commercial use. No spam, no pay sites.
