Check for the file .<username>.pop in the mailspool directory. This
error indicatates, that there is something in a line which should be a
mbox separator line, that is a line beginning with the string "From "
and so on. Either delete .<username>.pop (only if the original
<username> spool file is fine) or edit the file using your favorite
text editor.
