I know there is a FAQ entry about this particular error:
 
EOF from  at <IP address> (IP ADDRESS): [0] 60 (Operation timed out); 0 (Undefined error: 0)
(null) at <IP address> (IPADDRESS): -ERR POP EOF or I/O Error: 60 (Operation timed out); 0
 
but the explaination given does not really help me this time as this time, I have tested the connection between us and the client and there does not appear to be connection problems (used ping and visual route), and it actually seems quite fast for a home.com user!.
 
I was just wondering if there is anything else that could be causing this one customer to be constantly getting a POP timeout. (and it only seems to be the one customer).
 
any additional insights would be most appreciated.
