Hi,

I see that when qpop is started (a new user get the mail) use 30% or more
of CPU.

If we have a network with 1000 workstation, and 1 POP3 server, and the
workstations install Netscape (or Outlook, etc.) that checks mail every 10
min, the server have a lot of work (100 qpop started every minute, aprox.)

What is the solution?
There are any other POP3 server better in this environment?
I tell the clients that don't check mail every 10 minutes?
I install other machine as POP3 server?

And, there are any comparative about POP3 servers? (with the load average
that they use, memory, etc.)

Thank you very much!
