Expecting Reply Address

1) How do I cause my messages to also reflect my address and the
sendee's (mailing list) address as reply-to addresses?  Can it be done
with changes to the configurations file?  2) Can it be optional when
sending a message?  3) Can additional header fields be included with
the messages?

Note: When you reply to this message, please include the mailing
      list/newsgroup address in Cc: and my email address in To:.
