ISTM that these are all MUA [client] dependent. However, once it hits
the mailing list server, the mailing list software may have its own
policies that it implements, changing your best desired plans.
FYI, all I did was hit 'g' and the reply addresses went where you
wanted them to.
You might want to try using 'mutt' instead of Messenger. ;-)
