For the record: That is a sendmail question. This is a qpopper list.
Remove the switch so you do reverse DNS like sendmail does, and things
are probably slow again.
I suggest to you that it is really a reverse DNS and/or allow filter rule
sendmail problem
Yet another reason why reverse DNS is important.
