There's no concept of "folders" in POP3. Everything comes out of a
single mailbox. IMAP supports multiple server folders, but qpopper is
strictly a POP3 daemon, and doesn't do IMAP.
If you need an IMAP server, check out the University of Washington (UW)
package, or Cyrus. qpopper *can* be used as the POP3 component of the
UW server, and will coexist with the UW IMAP server.
