Subfolder downloading...

Hello,

I have no problem on downloading mail from my INBOX but I was wondering how to 
download the other subfolder example like Draft, Delete, Send and the other 
folder which i created myself.

I have to say sorry if this brought out for discuss previously, i hope to get 
some guideline and advice or please direct me to the best URL to stuff arround.
