There isn't supposed to be a colon. The first line of every message in
the mailbox should be a UNIX "From" (no colon) line that looks something
like this:

> From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Jan 9 15:34 EST 2001

As opposed to the display "From:" (with colon) line like this:

> From: John Doe <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

QPopper and most other mail software looks for that "From" (no colon) line
to determine where each message in the mailbox begins.
