There isn't supposed to be a colon. The first line of every message in the mailbox should be a UNIX "From" (no colon) line that looks something like this: > From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Jan 9 15:34 EST 2001 As opposed to the display "From:" (with colon) line like this: > From: John Doe <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> QPopper and most other mail software looks for that "From" (no colon) line to determine where each message in the mailbox begins. -- Chip Old (Francis E.
