I can actually decline if destinations > 1. I should never get an email for
more than one end MTA at a time. If I do, the sender is either a bad person
or uninformed.

Yes, I'm developing the case where the args in it's config are zero where it
opted to die, I'll have this functionality just sit underneath that.
