I can actually decline if destinations > 1. I should never get an email for more than one end MTA at a time. If I do, the sender is either a bad person or uninformed.
Is this specific to your situation?
In general, (IIRC) it is valid for mailers to batch things by MX.
(i.e.
email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED]
red and blue.com are handled by MX Alpha.
The Sender can legally send that message only once to Alpha.
