dot-qmail-exists.pl and suidperl issue

Starting some days ago, I guess, my dot-qmail-exists.pl script returns this
when I run it:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:[plugins]$./dot-qmail-exists.pl
suidperl needs fd script

What gives?
